Hello, I'm Amanda Marvin
A classical pilates instructor with an mindful approach towards health & wellness, based in the Hudson Valley, New York.
I became a Pilates instructor because the practice completely transformed my life. After struggling with pain and frustration post-pregnancy, Pilates helped me reconnect with my body, build strength, and move without discomfort. It wasn’t just about getting back to the activities I loved, it was about healing from the inside out. Inspired by my own journey, I pursued my Classical Pilates certification, and now, I’m passionate about sharing this mindful movement with others.
